The rooms were clean and a good size. I appreciated the large breakfast room and lobby. The breakfast was really good with a nice variety, however I do recommend getting to the breakfast on the earlier side since it is more crowded and it was harder to keep the supplies up the day we hit breakfast around 9:15-9:30. We were visiting with family and we played a game and visited one evening in the breakfast area and the staff was very nice and accomodating. The price was also reasonable.

The staff was more than helpful with our need for a shuttle at 345am in the morning on our way out of town. They allow up to 2 weeks free parking in the back of the hotel for travelers who stay. The area was well lit and just outside the rear access doors to the hotel. Upon our return to Spokane, they were at the airport to pick us up within 10 minutes of our call, even at 130am! The driver was the same that dropped us. The front desk was kind and accommodating. Made traveling a lot easier! The room was comfortable and had all we needed to get a short but good nights rest.

Hotel was easy to find. Check in was quick. Nice sized room, clean, with comfortable beds. Plenty of towels in the room for our group size. Nice pool. Good continental breakfast. Pet friendly.

In general, everything was fine and the girl at the reception was very positive and quickly helped us check in! Everything was clean and comfortable bed and pillows! The only woman at breakfast who served the kitchen was intolerant of children and was rude asking questions in a rude manner, she is of Asian origin, not tall, we did not say anything about this but it is already too much because we were not at her house but were in a hotel ... and the price is still too high.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were squeaky clean. I found the breakfast which was included to be excellent with many choices. The pool and hot tub were well maintained too. The wifi worked great as well. I loved this hotel.

The breakfast was good. Some of the prepackaged food was average. It would be great to have bakery goods that were baked on site, they taste better and are worth the effort. The staff were lovely!

The breakfast room was kept clean and very open and the food that was offered was hot and delicious. There was also a lot of variety in foods. The room we stayed in the 2nd night had been remodeled very nice bed was ok, but not bad.

Location was perfect, quiet and safe away from the noise of downtown. Breakfast was great. Room was clean. The staff was very nice to allow us to check in a few hours early due to our earlier than expected arrival. This hotel will be our go to in the future when we need to stay in Spokane.

The pool area and gym were 24hrs, perfect for when you land late and want to relax.
